About Us

At UniAssist, our aim is clear; to aid and support sixth formers from non-traditional backgrounds that are applying to university and to better their chances of acceptance. UniAssist strives to bridge the gap and offer equal opportunity to those who struggle with the university application process.

UniAssist mentors are current university students, who have gone through the system and are well versed in the application process. Not only do they provide advice on personal statements, preliminary university questionnaires and deadlines, they also have invaluable university experience to share; from picking universities to studying for exams. Their job is to not only assist mentees but to inspire and encourage each individual to reach their full potential.

The process is simple and easy. All of our mentors are students studying at the University of Warwick, predominantly based in Life Sciences. We are easy to talk to, eager to help, and have a sound understanding of the process.

University is an incredible experience, that all should have access to. Don’t let unfamiliarity be a barrier; education bridges the gap between us all. Our generation empowers the next.
